Our commitment
We do not tolerate CSAE or CSAM in or through W Rizz. We maintain these standards so users, partners, and regulators can understand how we prevent, detect, and respond to child safety risks in line with applicable law and our policies.
Definitions
For purposes of this page, we use the same general meanings described in Google’s policy education materials: CSAE refers to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. CSAM refers to child sexual abuse material (illegal visual depictions involving minors in sexually explicit conduct). For more detail, see Google’s Child Safety Standards policy — FAQ.
Published standards against CSAE
W Rizz must not be used to create, solicit, store, distribute, or facilitate CSAE or CSAM. Specifically, you must not:
- Use the App to generate suggestions intended to groom, exploit, or sexualize minors.
- Upload screenshots, images, or text that depict, describe, or sexualize minors in a sexual context.
- Use outputs from the App to harass, coerce, or threaten anyone, including minors.
- Circumvent safety rules, age requirements, or reporting mechanisms.
These standards apply regardless of whether W Rizz is categorized as a social or dating app in any app store. They also complement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
In-app reporting and feedback
Users can reach us without leaving the App through the in-app support and feedback path described on our Support page (including the same reporting channel available on the website). Use that channel for child safety concerns, abusive behavior, or suspected policy violations. Include as much detail as you can safely provide so we can investigate.
Addressing CSAM
If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM in or through W Rizz, we will act in accordance with these published standards and applicable law. That includes preserving information where legally required, removing or disabling access to violating content where we can, and cooperating with competent authorities when appropriate.
Compliance with child safety laws
540 Makhado Labs intends to operate W Rizz in compliance with applicable child safety, online safety, and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where the App is offered. Requirements vary by region; where laws impose specific duties, we follow those duties alongside this page.
Child safety point of contact
The designated contact for questions about W Rizz’s CSAM prevention practices and compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy is 540 Makhado Labs. Reach us at support@wrizz.app or via the Support page. We will route child safety inquiries to an appropriate responder.
