Summary
W Rizzz - Rizz Keyboard is a reply assistant: you provide either text you type in the App or one image you choose from your device (typically a screenshot of a chat). To produce suggestions, that content is sent to an AI provider (currently OpenAI). We do not use your content to train our own models, sell personal data to data brokers, or run ads inside the App based on what you paste or upload.
Information you provide
Typed messages. Text you enter in the App is processed to generate suggested replies. It may be sent over the network to OpenAI’s API for that single request.
Photos / screenshots. If you use the screenshot flow, you explicitly pick one image from your photo library (or file picker on web). The App uses that image only to read on-screen message text and context for reply ideas—consistent with the permission strings shown in the store listing. We do not access your full gallery in the background or scan unrelated photos.
Support emails. If you contact us (for example via the support form), we receive whatever you choose to send (name, email, description of a bug). We use that only to respond and improve the App.
When we share data with a third-party AI service
When you tap Generate Reply (or when we verify that a selected image looks like a chat screenshot), W Rizzz - Rizz Keyboard sends the content you provided to OpenAI for processing. This may include personal data if it appears in your message or screenshot (for example: names, usernames, phone numbers, message content, emojis, and timestamps).
- What we send: the text you type, and/or the single screenshot you explicitly select, plus an instruction prompt (tone selection and formatting rules).
- Who receives it: OpenAI (API endpoint
api.openai.com). - Why: to generate reply suggestions and (optionally) confirm the selected image is a chat screenshot.
- Your permission: before the first AI request, the App shows a consent prompt explaining this sharing. If you decline, the App will not send your content to OpenAI.
How we use information
- To operate core features: validating optional screenshots where applicable, and calling AI models to return reply suggestions.
- To fix bugs, secure the App, and comply with law when required.
We do not require you to create an account in the App to use the features described above. If we add accounts or new data uses later, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Service providers
OpenAI. Reply generation relies on OpenAI’s services (for example GPT-4o mini). Content you submit for a generation request is transmitted to OpenAI subject to their terms and privacy practices. We recommend reviewing OpenAI’s policies at openai.com/policies.
App stores & infrastructure. Apple, Google, or other platforms may collect diagnostic or usage data according to their own policies. We may use standard hosting, analytics, or crash-reporting tools in the future; if we do, we will list them here and collect only what is needed.
Retention
The App is designed so your pasted text and chosen image are used for the active session and the generation request. We do not operate a social feed or cloud inbox inside W Rizzz - Rizz Keyboard for your conversations. Server-side logs (if any) at OpenAI or infrastructure partners may retain data for their own retention periods—see their documentation. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request or meet legal obligations.
Security
We use industry-standard practices reasonable for the size and nature of the App. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; use the App only on devices you trust.
Children
W Rizzz - Rizz Keyboard is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the App if you are under that age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Your choices
- You can stop using the App at any time and revoke photo permissions in your device settings.
- Do not paste or upload content you are not allowed to share or that contains highly sensitive information you do not want processed by a third-party AI.
International users
If you use the App from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new effective date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or store listing where practical.
